Before you buy a plant from us please note:

Plants are living things, so we can not 100% guarantee any plant will thrive in your space.

We work hard to choose the healthiest plants and give you everything you need to succeed — including detailed care instructions.

Once the plant is delivered to you, we cannot be responsible for its behavior. If you see any signs of distress, please contact us right away, so we can help you.

Above all, make sure you’re ready for plant parenthood. Your plant relies on you to give it healthy living conditions. We’re here to help but, at the end of the day, you’re the plant’s guardian. And your plant can’t survive without your love and care.
Return Policy
Plants:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours cancellations will not be allowed.
Since plants are perishable, we do not accept returns under any condition. All sales are final.
What we can do is supply you with a healthy plant that has received our tender-loving-care and instructions on caring for your new plant to help each plant do its very best in its new home. Once a plant leaves our store we can take no responsibility for the health and lifespan of the plant.
Store Merchandise:
Merchandise must be returned with the receipt, in its original condition within 14 days of the purchase.
Products without a receipt or returned beyond this time period will not be accepted.
Merchandise with a receipt may be exchanged or issued a store credit.
Products need to be returned unopened and in good condition for a refund to be issued (some restrictions apply).
We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Event Tickets:
All ticket sales are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event for whatever reason please reach out to us in advance, we will work with you to issue a credit towards another event or workshop.
If circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel any workshops or events, we will reach out within 24 hours with a rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled workshop a credit can be issued towards a future class.
Refund Policy
If you believe for any reason you need a refund on your plant or other items then contact us at Info@pixiemossmeadows.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will work with you to determine if a refund is appropriate.
Once plants leave our property we do not have the ability to guarantee that shipping and transport damages, the weather, plant predators, airborne plant diseases, or the care it receives will ensure that the plants selected will thrive or survive. It is up to the individual to pay attention to their plant’s needs and problems as they arise. Refunds will not be issued for any of these reasons (some restrictions apply).
Refunds that are approved will receive store credit.
