Ceilidh is Irish meaning 'a place to gather', and we offer just that—a cozy and welcoming space where you can gather, garden, learn, and grow. 

Make your next special event one to remember with The Ceilidh's private parties & events service. The Ceilidh is the perfect venue for birthday parties, team-building exercises, Christmas parties, bridal showers, and more. With our private workshop, guests can roll up their sleeves and get creative making their own one-of-a-kind botanical masterpiece.




  • What is included in the private events?
    Private events include a private workshop starting at $30 per person, which includes plants, decorative pots, dirt, moss, gravel, and sand. Overall garden prices will vary depending on the workshop selected and any decorative accessory add-ons. Each participant create their own personalized garden with the guidance of our skilled team.   • Can I bring my own decorations and catering to an event hosted at Pixie Moss Meadows?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own catering and decorations. We understand that each event is unique, and we want to accommodate your specific needs and preferences. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange everything accordingly, such as providing space for catering setup and ensuring that your decorations are in line with our guidelines. We are happy to work with you to make your event a special and memorable experience for you and your guests.
  • How long do events typically last?
    Events typically last two hours, but they can be longer with prior arrangements. This does not include setup and take down time for catering and small decorations.
  • How can I book my next event at Pixie Moss Meadows?
    Let's get this Party started! To book your next event with us, simply contact us via phone at 607-377-5474 or email us at Our team will work with you to determine availability and discuss the details of your event. We require a minimum of 10 guests to have a private party. If you do not meet this requirement you will still be charged the per gardener fee for 10 guests.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require a $75 non-refundable deposit to book any party. By putting down your non-refundable $75 deposit you are agreeing to the terms/structure of our events. All party/event deposits are non-refundable. In case of inclement weather or sickness, please call us immediately and we will be glad to reschedule your party.
